Selling my Ford Escort Radiant Red Series 2 RS turbo.

Car is in great condition as you can see form the pictures she's a beauty. Bodywork all in good order for a 35 year old series 2, has the usual stone chips to bumpers, with three of the biggest marks shown on pictures. Sunroof is solid, scuttle, battery tray, boot, sills, floor pan and jacking points are all solid, has had a small weld to outer sill edge and then underseal treated in 2017. Engine runs very smoothly starts first time every time. never over heats. All gears work perfectly, turbo pulls well in all gears. Seats are all in good working order couple of light marks in them as to be expected. All windows, front wipers, all dials, speedo, original Stereo, mileage etc work fine. Only features that do not work as I have not had time to fix are passenger window switch (drivers works and also works the passengers) must be a passenger switch or new loom required. Central locking & rear wiper do not work. Cambelt changed 2 months ago, serviced last month. Spare wheel in Boot.

Car has covered 110 k, previous owner informed me clocks were changed due to fault in 2006 (covered 106 K) then again in 20014 (covered 2800) and in last 5 years it's done roughly 1100 miles.

Car is pretty much standard, except from K&N air filter, 3.5” full stainless exhaust system & bailey group A dump valve and red hoses. Recently fitted grilled & grooved discs to front with EBC green stuff pads. Tyres have plenty of tread and just had the wheels all refurbed. Sailed through MOT last week with only a couple of small advisories.
