1969 PONTIAC FIREBIRD for sale

 Reducing my American muscle car collection due to sale of house and loss of storage.   Hence reluctant sale of my stunning 69' Firebird(only year of production of this shape so very rare!). This 'matching numbers' Firebird Coupe left the factory in Norwood. Ohio on 6th January 1970 en route to the supplying dealer. Rockhill Pontiac Inc of Newark Delaware.  The original colour scheme was Antique Gold with matching vinyl interior and black Cordova top. The total sale price was $4. 60. 90. $1. 00 of which related to extra options that included the 350ci (5. 7-litre) two barrel V8 engine (rated at 265hp. 355lb/ft). Turbo Hydra-Matic transmission. push button radio. offside mirror. Rally II wheels. console. variable-ration power steering. steering wheel tilt. power disc brakes. Soft Ray tinted glass. air conditioning and front/rear mats.   The odometer currently displays  77. 11 miles while bills in the history file indicate that the following has been attended to over the last 22. 00 miles: fuel pump (at 55. 50 miles); engine top-end rebuild (55. 00. july 2000) that included new valves. guides. rockers. pushrods. valve springs. lifters. camshaft. O-ring seals. etc); rear road  springs (56. 00);new front/rear dampers (58. 00. April 2001); front brakes (61. 00 miles); new BF Goodrich T/A tyres (62. 00. july 2006) and brake master cylinder/booster (66. 00 Jan 2008).   In addition. a performance enhancing Edelbrock intake manifold and 600cfm carburettor were fitted in April 2009.   Comes with engineering catalogue and repair manuals.
