1968.5 Ford mustang 428 cobra jet real deal R code.Ex race car fitted with a 538 ci stroker motor with lots of goodies fitted Cobra jet alloy heads Lunati .700 camshaft Holley dominator carb Edelbrock victor inlet manifold Long tube headers Meziere electric water pump Svo valve covers Afco alloy rad Jaz oil cooler and catch tank Msd disributor Msd 6 al and 7 al ignition modules Msd coil and pickup 60 l alloy fuel cell with gauge Ati powerglide with transbrake Mark williams prop Ford 9” rear end with mark williams 42 spline shafts and nodular third member 4 link rear end with koni coil overs 15 x 14” centreline wheels with mickey thompson radial et street tyres on the rear and continental road tyres upfront.Line lock currently not wired to a switch The car has composite doors, boot lit, hood and front wings.has the original shock towers / chassis rails and front suspension set up with inner fenders removed easy to put back to stock.The rear has been tubbed and boot floor fabricated. Front floor is original and in great condition has a roll cage fitted. Rear and side windows are plexiglass and the front is a ford glass tinted screen.The car is road registered / legal and fun to use on the road gets plenty of attention, its not been raced since being refreshed 2 years ago in the states.The paint is in ok condition does have stone chips and marks here and there the cobra jet and ford decals are just vinyl so can be removed, been added just to make it look like a 1 of 50 light weight model. Stripes are painted on.The car runs and drive great is quite loud but sounds amazing could go racing or use as a prostreet toy for the road.Super rare car not many built only 1044 in 68. a restored one now is $100 k + .Have a framed marti report for the car too.Only selling as I'm after a Dodge Challenger hellcat or 13/14 shelby mustang May take a px at sensible money something american only or motorcycle Any questions please ask and thanks for looking.
