RELISTED DUE TO COMPLETE TIME WASTER bekka-59 WHO LIKES TO BID AND THEN NOT REPLY TO ANY MESSAGES OR BOTHER CONTACTING I MEAN I DONT SEE WHY PEOPLE BID IF THEY DONT WANT TO BUY IM YET TO SEE THE KICK THEY GET OUT OF IT...Please read full advertNeeds workMercedes 450sl 1978 metallic blue with hard topI bought this car about a year ago with the intention of fully restoring it i have since changed The coil, distributor cap ht leads brand  new injectors bosch new spark plugs.The car starts but then splutters and stalls i have checked the fuel distributor and it looks like it has been rebuilt it sends equal good fuel flow to all the injectors. Other times it wont start at all it isnt anything major just something minor that ihave missedi have it booked in with a specialist in mid november if it doesnt sell by then i will fix it.The car needs some more time and money that i dont have my self build is forcing me to sell some of my cars so it has to go. I have not managed to get a new rotor for the dizzy and this could well be the issue however i have also noticed some vacuum hoses at the rear of the engine not connected and they also could be part of the problem.The car comes with the hardtop i have not managed to remove it to check the soft top condition but the last owner said it was all good.  The car has some surface rust nothing major is visible and even the underneath of the car is pretty solid. Its is a reluctant sale and these cars are going up every day get yourself an easy project. Does not run so will need to be towed away and passenger window has come off the rail but u can hear the rail moving.Any questions pls call 07894638776Collection and viewing in wolverhamptonserious offers considered no time wasters please.
