HISTORY - This truck was purchased new in November 1970 by the Bundricks family who were friends of the previous owner's father. It was purchased at Paul Swanson FORD In San Jose, CA. In 1972 Mr. Bundrick died, and in 1973 the previous owner's dad purchased it. That same year his dad had retired and began his R.V "adventure" in this truck pulling a travel trailer. For the next two years they drove all around the United States and canada. This truck has been in all 48 of the lower states in the US. Including every province in Canada. In 1974 the previous owner put in a 429 V-8. He did the same as his parents, and towed his RV using this truck with his wife until 2010. His wife passed away around that time and the truck has stayed in his garage since. The engine and transmission was completely rebuilt after about 20 years. This XLT Ranger was fully loaded for its day. It came with factory A/C, Power steering, Power DISC brakes, tool box, Tinted windows and much more. The original dealer tags are all available. They paid a total of $5012 for this truck new. It's the camper special with all the towing accessories. Detailed records have been kept for this. Every oil change was recorded and in file. Everything they have done was always kept in a service book. All the original manuals, dealer warranty papers and much more are still available. Check out the video for all those details. The truck has the Ranger trim level as well as the Camper Special package and has rear step bumper, storage compartment in the bed and tow mirrors 

CURRENT - This Ranger is finished in its original Boxwood Green over Sea Foam Green paint. This is a rare, and highly sought after color among these trucks. The paint is over 20 years old but looks almost perfect. There is not one notable scratch or dent and ZERO rust on the body that I have seen. It had a high quality glass off paint job in the past. Absolutely no accidents. The interior was also redone just like factory. This Ford is stunning inside and out. Mechanically it runs and drives excellent. The motor is very healthy, sounds great and has plenty of power. Transmission shifts smoothly through all gears. The 429 big block V8 engine has quite a lot more power then it's original 390. The truck runs strong and can tow a fifth wheel trailer with ease. Tires appear like new. Chrome rims look near perfect. This car is very well documented. Every oil change recorded. It has a new starter. Two tanks of gas. A/C is functional, and needs to be refilled. Clean Arizona title in hand.
