Porsche 944 S2

Pictures updated after clean and polish today 22/08/2021 after finally getting a sunny day at the weekend!

I have had the car for 5 years and spent >£3k on it in that time. It spends the winter in the garage and only gets used on sunny dry roads. I have done about 8k miles in it.

This winter I changed the Belts, rollers water pump, front oil seal, Oil pump drive gear, Cam chain guide, rocker gaskets, inner sunroof seal (Outer changed last year), drivers door seal ( both now replaced,) I have two new winder scrapers not fitted, New rear Alpine Speakers, I have refurbed the power steering pump with new seals and new power steering hose,( although there is still slight leak coming from the system somewhere - I havnt filled the fluid up this year so its only slight)

I have changed the Oil for Valvoline VR1, New oil filter, plugs and has a  MOT until 31 / 08 /2022

In my ownership have:

Powerflex bushes on all suspension parts

Refurbished front callipers – new disks and Pads all round

New Braided brake hoses

ProMax ECU chip (still have the old one but pretty sure It's not original)

K&N panel Air Filter (to fit stock air box)

New Steering shaft

Its had new sills at some point and are free from rust

Engine runs perfectly no issues since I have had it

Wing bottoms are rusty but I have removed the wings sanded back the rust on the inside, applied chemical metal treatment and put a sheet of fiberglass behind the thinnest bits not got any worse since was quoted c£350 to replace with new wing bottoms and resprayed panel but that was next year's job.

New Koni adjustable shocks  at the rear,

New fuel pump filter

Rear wiper removed but still have it and was working fine before it was removed,

New struts fitted to the tail gate

Sunroof works as it should with new outer seal fitted a month ago.

Rear brakes were serviced, and new slide plates fitted,

Rear tyres Mitchelin Pilit Sport 2 were new last year, fronts have plenty of tread but have cracks in sidewall.

 Everything works as it should

 I had the car inspected by Brookspeed Porsche before purchase with no issues .

Full Service history up to @123k 2008 then serviced 2015 @132k cam belt and pulleys, and again  @136k 2018

There is a spot of rust driver's door either side of the trim at the back of the door and a spot round the windscreen none of which have got worse in the 5 year I have owned the car

Usual cracking to the dash, my plan was to recover in leather at some point.

Repair to dirvers seat bolster, swapped with passenger side so not on the inside, better than before but not perfect. 

Alarm had a mind of its own so I have removed the sounder and by passed the system.
