1936 Austin Ruby. First registered Feb 1936. 750 cc. I have owned this vehicle for 8 years and was a restoration project. The subframe and engine had already been completed as was most of the bodywork. It had also been rewired. The underneath is solid and has been wax oiled. The plate in the roof under the open sun roof has been replaced. I have had some work carried out to the flywheel, new hoses and engine gasket due to a leak. Radiator has been refurbished also new points plugs. The vehicle runs well and starts generally first time. I have only travelled about 100 miles since I've had it due to a change in domestic priorities. The bumpers have been re-chromed and new carpets fitted. The seat are original and ok. The floor inside is solid and has been painted with hammerite. The interior was the next job but it's going to take me too long to get around to it. The liner needs doing and interior parts re fitting . I have a box of interior parts including a liner( not sure if it's ok). The body work is mostly ok but still some small jobs to do. There are four good tyres and the spare is new. Semaphore indicators are in working condition.   Overall ‘John Boy' is a well presented Ruby in good overall condition. Reluctant Sale. Payment either on collection or bank transfer.

Just a further to the description..I replaced the 6 volt battery last year and it has been on trickle charge. I also have a replacement refurbished steering wheel. Plus the four original Austin 7  wheel trims, these are chrome and in reasonable condition but will need some adjustments to the fitting clips.
