Up for sale we have 1967 Ford Mustang Convertible. In ’67 Ford changed the look of the Mustang with a new grill. side body lines. and tail lights. They also changed the dash with a new instrument panel. The one we have for you is done in the gorgeous Candyapple Red Paint that is accented by the Black Power Top and Black interior. In the paragraphs to follow we will give a brief description of the exterior. interior. and driveline of the Ford. but first we would like to tell you a little about us.
Smoky Mountain Traders is a classic car dealer in east Tennessee. We are family owned. operated. and own our entire inventory. no consignments. and only deal in muscle cars and vintage auto. You can count on us to have 50 to 60 cars at all times. We don’t have a big show room that our customers would otherwise pay for. So. that’s how we can sell for less than other dealers. We will start off with the exterior of the Mustang. The body is laser straight with good fit and finish of the gaps. It’s covered in the Candyapple red paint that looks great with a deep rich shine. When looking at the chrome and stainless it all looks very good as well. All the glass is good with the side windows working as they should. At the time of the restoration a new black convertible top was added along with a new back window. It also has a new boot to keep everything clean when the tops down. The final exterior touch is the set of 18" and 20" Americans with new tires.
Next. we will move on to the interior of the ’67. It’s all done in black that really flows the exterior and interior together beautifully and provides an excellent complement to the top and boot. As with a lot of these Stangs it’s a console delete. It does have the correct floor shifter. The seats. carpet. and door panels appear very good. When looking at the dash it’s correct with only an update to the radio.
Finally. we will take a look at the driveline of the Ford. Under the hood it looks clean and neat. The engine is a 289 V8 that is mated to a C4 Trans and a 8” Rear End. It has an Edelbrock intake and carb with chrome valve covers and breather. This Stang retains the stock manifolds and single exhaust. It has 4 Wheel Drum Brakes and Power Steering. When looking at the floors they are good and have had some work but appear solid.

A $1000. 00 non-refundable deposit is due within 48 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 5 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle. sell it to the next high bidder. or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service. we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.
