A stunning art Decco 2 door coupe By Binder of Paris. This car was ordered for the Comte De Vizzelia of Porto whom was apparently residing at the Hotel Claridge in Paris. Interestingly the car was specified with a 3" longer then usual bonnet. Unusually Rolls Royce fabricated a chassis number marked duct around the fan to draw cooling air though the radiator the fist time I have seen such a modification.

Binder did a magnificent job of manufacturing drop dead gorgeous art decco style coachwork incorporating Binders signature door handles. The car had a major restoration a couple of decades ago after which it was shown at both Goodwood & The Villa D'Este Concours d'elegance. The car is equipped with spats to the rear wheels & has chorme accent strips to the sides fitted by Saoutchik.

The interior is brown hide in perfect condition along with spectacularly figured rosewood to the door tops, dash board & vanity alcoves. A large sunroof is also extant, opening easily for motoring on clement days. The spare wheel is rear mounted folding away on a pivot from the capacious boot. A period 1930's map of the environs of Paris comes with the car along with a very old french beret!
