This car had a full bare metal restoration completed several years ago in 2010 by Stuart Bird of CC Restorations. It has been treasured by a Ford collector since it was sold 3 years ago, not seen at shows, and is still as good as new,if not better.

This was Stuart's personal car that he nut & bolt restored to an exceptional standard,as he wanted to keep it. A restoration to the same standard today would be approx £40 k +

The car was subject to a six page feature in Retro Ford Magazine

This particular example was first registered in 1970, finished in Ford Aquatic green metallic, and has the full black leather and wood trim which still feels,smells & looks like new .

The pristine engine bay features Ford's 1599 cc crossflow pushrod engine, complete with 32 DFM carbs, centrifugal and vacuum ignition, AC mechanical fuel pump and five bearing crankshaft.

The wheels are the correct chrome 5.5 x 13" Rostyle with Michelin energy tyres.

This car needs to be seen to fully appreciate the level of work that has been carried out
