1967 Chevrolet Camaro SS 396 Tribute

This car is gorgeous. and one of the cleanest Gen I F-bodies we've ever had. The restoration was completed in 2012. and used the highest quality parts available. One look at this car and you can tell it was a labor of love. From stem to stern. this car is in tip top shape. Under the hood is a period correct. but non-numbers matching 396 cubic inch big block. It's been completely reworked and built. bored . 030 over. and was fitted with 1967 oval port heads. It breathes through an Edelbrock intake. fires thanks to a 100% new MSD ignition setup. a Comp roller hydraulic cam controls the new valves. and Scorpion roller rockers complete the package.

Every single accessory on this engine block is 2012 current. and ready to provide you with years of reliable performance.

The fantastic sounding big block is mated to a close ratio Muncie M 22 “Rock Crusher” 4 speed manual transmission. It's controlled via a Hurst Super Shifter that sits neatly in the cabin between the two original bucket seats. Speaking of the interior. quality was observed here as well. and the headliner. door panels. carpet. dash pad. and more were all replaced. With just 710 miles on the build since its completion. you'll be ready to put a hundred thousand more under its belt and create years of lasting memories.

The suspension. as you might have guessed. is just as fresh and new as everything else. The entire front suspension and steering linkage has been replaced with all-new parts. While there is no power steering. the new parts help this Camaro maneuver with ease. You will have no trouble keeping traction to the ground with the new traction bars and the new BF Goodrich Radial T/A tires.
