A beautiful example of a late model 1971 llA 88" Series Land Rover. Safari Roof. Fairy Overdrive. Professionally stripped and painted with PPG urethane and primer2. 5 Liter Iron Duke 151 engine installed. 130 HP / 136 ft lbs of torque.  Completely rebuilt with tweaked camshaft and 2 barrel Weber Carburetor.  Electrical system converted to alternator; electronic ignition. Engine. Transmission. Differential rebuilt. New Parabolic springs and shock absorbers. 16 " Defender offset wheels. Interior upholstery in great condition and stock. Brakes. master cylinder. brake booster rebuilt or replaced. Clutch Master cylinder and slave cylinder replaced. Rare auxiliary fuel tank installed. New front swivel balls and tie rods installed.  Rust and corrosion free vehicle. Fairy Overdrive. A great driving Series Land Rover. Can easily achieve freeway speeds. and effortlessly climb mountain passes. The 151 cu in Iron Duke 4 cylinder engine was used in General Motors vehicles from 1971- 1992. Same size. and lighter weight than the original Land Rover 4. A very tidy installation. This Rover came originally from California. and has been garaged ever since. Everything in remarkable condition.
