Up for auction is a more and more rare FIAT 600 D from 1962 with "suicide doors" in ready-to-go-anywhere condition


This friendly looking small Fiat has spent the most of it´s entire life in sunny and salt free Italy. This is a model of the second series with the water cooled 767 cc engine that offers unexpected agility due to it´s 31 hp and the 4 speed gear box. It seats 4 and is much "more car" than a Fiat 500.
This vehicle brought a lot of new quality to it´s owner´s life in the early sixties as it was possible to bring a family and the holiday stuff to the leisure place in reasonable time and comfort: front flipper windows + crank operated windows for the right ventilation when having a hot trip in town or for holidays .
This small Fiat has so less (see dashboard pictures) but everything you need and is in fine working condition: starts right up. accelerates smooth. brakes very good. honks. . ; lights. dashlights. interior light (!!!) fully working.
