The press received the AW11 with open arms and praised its innovation. great feeling. and responsive engine. American car magazines Road & Track and Car and Driver both chose the MR2 on their lists of ten best cars which included some tough competition. such as the Ferrari Testarossa. The Australian Wheels magazine chose the 1988 MR2 as its favourite sports car. The MR2 was Motor Trend's Import Car of the Year for 1985. (It is worth noting that the MR2 was not eligible for the Car of the Year award. because only vehicles produced in the US were eligible until 1999. The 1985 winner. the Volkswagen GTI. was produced in Westmoreland. Pennsylvania. ) The MR2 was also on Car and Driver magazine's Ten Best list for 1986 and 1987. In 2004. Sports Car International ranked the MR2 number eight on the list of Top Sports Cars of the 1980s.     This is one of the nicest examples of a 1987 Toyota Mr2 That you will find today. It spent most of its life in Arizona and was cared for by a very meticulous owner. We have receipts for the following things that were done before current owner purchased this car 2 years ago. $4200 Factory color paint job. 0ver $4000 on receipts for timing belt new seals. radiator/coolant flush and other basic maintenance over the past 5 years. The car is currently owned by a good friend and fellow enthusiast who lives in New York State but he travels a lot and the car has been here with us most of its life stored inside in North Carolina. He is one of the most meticulous owners I have seen and is always searching for any problems or preventative maintenance that he may need. I have full authority along with the title ready to go on this car. Clean carfax shows no problems and also shows the miles are correct. The car runs great without any fluid leaks. Drives equally as well with nearly new tires that show very little wear. Also it has a set of period correct wheels from an ae92 that give the car a great look professionally powder coated. Aftermarket steering wheel and shifter add to the interior as well as a top of the line stereo with full blue tooth functions for cell phone and music players. Remote control locks and alarm installed within past year. Updated muffler that sounds great. We welcome test drives and encourage questions. These cars get incredible mileage even when you are running them hard they are very economical. We are probably the largest first and second generation used parts dealer for MR2s in the US and we average 35% return customers each month. We have worked very hard to develop a good name by doing business the right way. Treating each customer the way we would expect to be treated and if we make a mistake we accept it. ix it at our cost and learn from it.
WHO WE ARE
 We are not your average Salvage Yard. We specialize in 1985-95 Toyota MR2s and all 4 of us own at least one and we dont go to the local junk yard and pull parts and just list them. We get our parts from complete cars that are wrecked or otherwise unrepairable and we go through and test all parts to make sure they are in working order and if there is a defect we publish that with the listing. We know these cars very well. We work on these models everyday so you have the piece of mind that someone who is familiar with your problem  has made sure that the replacement part is in working order and you wont have to return it and face that sort of delay and aggravation. We Decided early on that we should limit our business to a select group of car Models that we know well and therefore we can keep it simple.
*RETURNS
Due to the nature of this business we don't accept returns but if you have a problem with a part we have supplied and you think we made a mistake we ask that you contact us with a description of the problem and what you would like us to do we will  work with you to solve the issue within reason but we will be the one to make the decision on what is reasonable. Please consider that we have sold 5000 plus parts for 25 year old cars and maintain our top rated status with eBay we had to have been more than fair in our dealings with customers. Furthermore. we will not refund any electrical items for any reason.
We will sometimes send you out a part that is not exact part that is pictured. We only do this when the part is not a cosmetic part and is in comparable shape as the one pictured. If the part is something that will be seen and is more of an aesthetic part we will ship what is pictured and we will do our best to show any flaws in our pictures. These parts are used so please expect them to need a thorough cleaning.

About Us We are now a group of 4 guys who all appreciate one of the finest cars ever made. Toyota MR2s are our passion and wegot into this about 8 years ago when I purchased an 87 black t top car I had planned to rebuild since it was smoking badly. I had it towed to my home garage and when the tow truck pulled away the mudflaps were pulled and with very little pressure the rear arches and rear lower quarters cracked and just peeled away from where someone had filled it full of Bondo. It was a very skillful sculpture with body filler. As I started pecking around the car I found about 5 gallons applied directly over holes and rust. I didn't pay that much for it so I wasn't that disappointed. I immediatley started looking for another one  and found a good deal on 2 that a man was using to make 1 nice one out of but his health was failing so he could no longer do those sorts of projects. Long story short I bought those and ended up building myself a great 87 model. I then had all the extra parts that I needed to get rid of and I looked on ebay and there were 54 listings for used MR2 parts at that time so we started listing the parts. Before I knew it  I had educated myself very well on the cars and had a fleet of these cars I was working on for local owners. Seven of my buddies bought one and we all worked together and fixed them up. Since that meager start we have moved into a 3200 square foot shop and have it stocked with thousands of parts and about 20 complete cars of which we will fix some and some are just parts cars. I am Mark Bullins and I head up this outfit as the main guy who keeps things rolling along and I own a 91 turbo wide body and a 1988 MR2 Supercharged version with only 83 K miles that is gray and stock except for the big crank pulley to spin the supercharger faster and it will move on down the road.
