1965 AUSTIN MINI COOPER GREEN/WHITE for sale

1965 Austin Mini Cooper Mk1 (998cc) Almond Green/old english white roof. Interior Green/Grey. This is an original Mk1 cooper not a replica. The car under went a major restoration in 2005. The car was srtipped right back to the bare shell. All rot was cut out and replaced with new metal and two new front wings. All chrome work was replaced. The original engine was completely re bored and rebuilt. All suspension/brakes replaced with new. The gearbox was replaced with a slightly later four speed syncromesh box. The car had thousands spent on it. The car now looks and drives as she did in the sixties. Since the rebuild her engine has covered around 7k miles. I would not say the car is concours. but not far off. The car is used hence there are the occasional blemishes here and there. I would have to point out these as they are not obvious. The car truly looks amazing. The first to see will buy. The car maintains her original engine and registration no. I recommend you view the car before u buy or bid. Taxed until Oct 2014. MOT Jan 2014. Heritage cert and all nunmbers correct. Buyer to collect within 1 week of aution close. I will not allow the car to be collected untill all funds have cleared. I will not ship abroad and WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY FOREIGN CURRENCY.
