1968 Shelby Shelby GT 350 for sale

Hey Guys. Its Rich at The Mustang Ranch in Golden. Colorado.
My client has asked me to sell his 1968 Shelby GT 350 #8 T 02 J 5 Factory air car. The restoration started a number of years ago and needs to be completed. She still retains her numbers matching motor. Rebuilt by a previous owner was the complete drive train. front end and break system. It appears to have been stripped down to bare metal and sealed in epoxie primer.
The drivers quarter and the passengers rear floor pan/ trunk pan have been replaced. Engine bay sheet metal. radiator support. torque boxes and frame rails are original to the car. There are no signs of heavy collision. This Shelby starts right up no noises. smoke or leaks. I have had this car out in the neighborhood for a short drive and the clutch/ 4 speed transmission shifts fine through all of the forward and reverse gears and the motor has steady smooth power. As you can see this is a project Shelby and will need a number of things sorted out. The body is fairly straight but will need some more work before paint. Oddly enough this car has re enforced spring towers so it could of been intended to be built as a KR. As you can see from the video it come with a fair amount of parts. I cannot guarantee everything is there. Please call and ask as many questions as you like because there is no warranty or guaranty on this car.
