Local buyer flaked out- Price dropped AND NO RESERVE!Very rare example of Americas 1 st subcompact production car.

Just off display from the renowned San Diego Auto Museum. Provenance certificate and signage from the museum will be include with the car. along with a bunch of documents.
Ready for Car Show and Cruising Season! Great runner. fun to drive and guaranteed to be the only one at the car show.

Cruises 101/PCH at 35-45 MPH nicely. does not overheat.

Yes! You can drive with 4 adults in it- just stay away from hills! Brings lots of attention. attracts lots of questions. and delivers MANY smiles.

Paint shows well. but should be freshened up a bit.

Newly chromed (not polished steel) bumpers. bumperettes. and door handles.

Interior was restored in 2016- semi-stock. Shows quite well.

Window felts and glides are new.

Has the spare tire underneath.

No radio- been looking for one though.

Parking brake works. but does not lock in place.

Original replacement engine (Co Bra engine replaced by dealer in 1948).

Engine ID- 42060 R C Engine bay has not been restored.

Original Tillotson Carburetor.

All original dash instruments work.

Top in great shape with no rips or tears just a few discolored areas.

Top bows in good nic as well.

I am by NO means an expert on Crosleys at all! Just a car hobbyist. Described to the best of my knowledge.

My Crosley has always been garaged. and is available for viewing in N. San Diego.
