Italian automotive art at its finest. This stunning example of a Series 2 Montecarlo coupe (hardtop version) was one of 6 sold new into NZ. Factory RHD. One of the last few hundred built (chassis #ZLA137AS000005660). In the late 1990's it was imported to Australia and has been mostly stored since then. The body has never been accident damaged or rusted. it has all it's original panels and is as straight and solid as the day it left the Pininfarina production line. 2 pack professional refinish has just been completed in the original silver colour. It has never been painted another colour. The strut towers and chassis rails are pristine. never repaired or refinished. Bumpers. nose cones. exterior plastic trims and side stripes are all colour matched grey and as per original.

Grey and black original cloth interior in very good condition.

Brand new items include windscreen. 195/60-14 mid-range Maxxis tyres on correct (2 pack refinished) S2 wheels. door and window rubbers. battery. Sony CD tuner. All belts. fluids and filters replaced.

Compared to Series 1. the Series 2 cars have improved brakes and front suspension geometry. the bigger 14 inch wheels. revised front grille. Momo steering wheel and electronic ignition as standard.

Common Fiat/Lancia mechanicals make the Montecarlo a relatively easy to maintain exotic.

Previous Vic registration (so should be no problem in any State)

Vic RWC will be supplied if so requested enabling easy Club registration.

This is an original spec and unmolested car which can only appreciate in value in years to come.

Test drives are possible. Although I am not an LMCT. nbsp; I am able to borrow a trade plate for this.
