You will need to provide:Engine. transmission. rear axles and brakes.  wheels and tires.  battery. lights. All these items are easily found at VW parts stores and I can help you source them. Putting togwther the car is a very simple matter that any mechanic can acomplish.  

This car was built in the spirit of the Porsches of the 40s and 50s. Aluminum body. tubular chassis. mid engine. Its very low weight makes for an incredibly fun drive.

The car was built and is located in Bogota. Colombia. But can be delivered anywhere in the US. specially since a free trade agreement has just been approved between the two countries. Shipping prices can be discussed on request.
I will travel and deliver the car in person.

The car has a 1640 vw engine. with dual solex carbs. lightned flywheel. electronic ignition. ported and polished heads. 1. 25 rockers. scat c35 cam. It delivers more than enough power for an amazing ride.  
The front suspension is a VW. modified to be adjustable. Rear suspension has a Penske monoshock in the style of the Formula Vees.  
Chasis is mild steel mig welded.  
body is 0. 050 3003 aluminum.
Seats are aluminum.  
The car weights 480 kilograms.

Can it be road legal? well. it is in Colombia. but every state has different regulations. You should check your states laws before bidding.  
This car is sold without any kind of warranty. I will deliver it to you in perfect working condition.

That is why this. more than a car is a valuable object that will appreciate in time.
