1971 Plymouth Road Runner

Up for auction is this 1971 Satellite  318  v/8  automatic  with a/c  with 59. 00 miles. nbsp; the vinal top is original. Selling for a freind. has clear title. eres what I Know. Northern Michagan Mopar all its life and belive to have 59. 00 original miles. The car has bin off the road for many. many years . n fact the tires on the car right now are at least ten years old and are not to be trusted. hey hold air fine. look great. ut who wants to chance a blow out. Brake fluid has bin changed. rake pedal is right up top and stops on a dime. Satellite has a new Gas tank sending unit and a older rebuilt carb that sucks until it warms up. hen sounds and drives Great. motor purs fine. o smoke. riginal carb in back seat. A/c will need recharged. Car was Painted and worked on a few years back and was put away till now. Again heres what i was told. car had rust repair work done in all the known places. nd I was shone The cowl has rust and was only patched may need better repair (see Pic's)  So Be warned . p high on pass. side front pan needs work guessing from cowl rust and has had body work done to it. nbsp;so this is no show car. antastic driver. aint job a 6 or 7 out of ten. Looks  good. but if you ask me . couple paint drips on hood. t could use a wet sand and a buff. The interior. he Dash pad is mint in fact inside this Mopar it held up well. ack seat is mint! front seat has no tears but some stiching let go but didn't hurt the vinal. (see Pic's) Glove box latch broke. ass. window has a broken plastic peice  that broke in regulator so handle has bin taken off till fixed. Carpet will all so need replaced. Headlinner is tight but it has a a few mouse holes. (doesn't smell) Being Sold As is As a 46 year old used car. $500. Deposit due at end of auction. Balance due 3 Days of end of auction. Car Must be Picked up by or before May 30th or additional $100 fee will be charged. Charge is because car will be moved to a different location.

 Wrote The add so people understood that this mopar is a northern car. It has had body work done to the car. ts 46 years old. ts not a new car. ut it only has 59. 00 miles on it. If you look at the pic's (lower rear quarter pic by shackel) the lower lip(very bottom of panel if flat) must be a patch panel. ooks great. ts metal. ts solid. riginal bottoms of quarters are more like a v shape dip edge. our only going to tell by laying under car. ence the picture. f you also look at the pic's of the dog legs( edge of frame that connects to rockers) the last 2 inches looks like metal was added. Again Only by laying underneth could I tell metal work was done. So I Know this was not a rust free car. being a northern car guessing lower fenders were patched aswell. oor lips are mint. runk lid . ood all mint. ll rubber around windows and doors are soft. ight. learly you can tell by the interior that car has low mileage. This is a 46 year old Classic car being sold as is. Tires look good. ut there old. would replace them before makeing car a daily driver. Not a show car. ut a cool car to show off. If you don't like it or trust it Don't buy it. Not selling for $20. 00. not even selling for $10. 00. Reserve price set just under $7000. If it goes Higher. reat . f it doesn't. t won't   sell on here. nbsp; just Try to find one This good looking. with that low of mileage for under $15. 00.

Just want to be clear this  Mopar has not bin on the road in over 10 years. o tune up is at least old. ank is new. new gas. think the rebuilt carb is junk(it's ten years old) . t take like 5 min. for it warm to hold idle. gain  you can here the motor is fine. runs powerful. ith no ticking no smoking. otors  sounds strong. arb is junk. riginal carb comes with car. ut  is no good. Between the tires and carb I would tow it until you replace carb aswell. Car is sold as is. its 46 years old. ar has body work. aint and body are not new or perfect. his will be a driver. not a show car. Car Should be towed till gone threw.
