Chrysler Valiant VJ 5/73 This car is a factory matching number Hemi 215. 3 speed column shift manual. The engine is a little tired and is blowing smoke and fuel leaks out of the carby. I have a good running Hemi 245 to go with the sale. Being a poverty pack Valiant. the standard drum brake front end was replaced with a disc brake front end and suspension out of a CL Valiant including brake booster and master cylinder. All bushes have been replaced with nolathane. Suspension will need to be aligned and adjusted. Tyres are all good with plenty of tread. It has had a respray recently before i purchased it. The paint work still presents well but has a few blisters. Overall the body is very solid and good for its age. The factory boot mat is still in very good condition and so is the boot area. The interior is out of a Ford XR 8 and is in very good condition. The roof lining has two holes in it but have more than enough spare material for patching. There is a hole cut out in the floor to allow for a floor shifter if prefer to change from column shift. The car is unregistered but should not be a problem in getting it roadworthy.
