Upon winning the auction a $500 deposit is due. this is a non refundable deposit. there will be no refunds of any kind or for any reason whatsoever. so please be sure before purchasing. if you like you may perform a presale inspection. once purchased a post sale inspection will not be allowed. mileage certifications will only apply to those vehicles less than 10 years. our state is miles exempt from mileage requirements on any vehicles that are over 10 years of age and we will not be responsible for certifying mileage on those vehicles and are automatically sold as NOT actual mileage if the title reads odometer exempt. The buyer is responsible for obtaining their own history reports .
