1976 MG MGB MGB CONVERTIBLE

Here's a classic!  1976 MGB Convertible.   I'm selling this as a project car as it will need restoration work in all areas.  It's a California car clear title.  This car was bought in California and then moved to Kansas when the prior owner received a new job. The prior owner. an MG aficionado. told me he had just rebuilt the engine prior to the move. It ran good when put in the barn.  He told me some mice got in the wiring and it wouldn't start.  Always thinking he'd get around to fixing it. but 3 back surgeries later. that never happened.  It's a project car now. You will need to trailer this car and winch it onto the trailer.  There is no battery but it does roll easy.  Interior seems pretty good. but it really needs a cleaning. The smell is not bad.  The top appears nice. but does have a couple of folding tears in it.  Electrical not tested.  You'll need to do some wiring repair before checking that out.  It does come with a spare tire and cover not shown in the pics.  I would prefer you look at it in person if possible as it is being sold 'as is'.  Must be picked up in Dalton Wisconsin.  
I am required by Wisconsin law to be a registered dealer so you will need to complete all forms required by the state and pay for the car prior to arranging delivery.  If you are a Wisconsin resident. you will need to pay all title fees and sales tax as well.  Out of state buyers will receive the clear title after the car is paid in full. Out of state buyers will pay tax and fees required their your home state.  If you are a Wisconsin resident. I'll send the title in for you as/if required by law.  All buyers will pay a $195 dealer service fee in addition to the purchase price. Any monies paid to the seller are forfeited to the seller if the balance is not paid in full in 7 days.
TERMS:  I will accept paypal for the deposit only.  Balance must be paid via cashier's check or wire transfer no later than 7 days after auction close.  No cash at pick up. car must be prepaid prior to arranging pick up or transport.  Car needs to be picked up within 14 days of auction end or storage fees of $10 daily will commence on the 15th day.  Car is in storage facility. and a mutually agreeable date and time must be arranged. Car will be picked up in Dalton WI.  This car comes with no warranty. express or implied.   If you have any questions. please ask before bidding.   Please note.
