Dodge RAM3500 1-Ton Dually 4x4 Automatic Sport pick-up truck

2001 Model year; one of the last  2nd Generation Dodge Ram 3500 4x4 QuadCab Sport Auto to roll off the US (not Mexican) production line.

This is a one of a kind. nbsp; fully loaded 1-ton dually truck with an 8 foot bed. with 4-door crewcab in excellent condition and nothing else
comes anywhere close this side of the Pond.

This vehicle will also take a 5th wheel in the pick-up bed. to tow any truck compatible USA motorhome.

One (current) owner from brand new; bought with the full Factory Heavy Duty specification (aka the Snow Plow package with optional cooling and performance upgrades). This truck was originally registered by me n Montana. USA in October 2000.

Bill Kondolay (Chilliwack. British Columbia. Canada) Heavy-Duty stage 3. nbsp; automatic transmission upgrade with uprated hydraulic line pressures.

(Dodge automatic 727 transmissions are renowned for being SOFT on delivering just the standard power output to the drivetrain).
Plus Diesel Dynamics stage 3 fuel injectors. smart box fuelling technology = 325bhp. (measured on a rear-wheel dyno).

4 inch sport exhaust system complete with PAC exhaust brake. (preserves your service brakes when towing - manual switch operated from inside the cab)

30% Bigger MF Turbocharger  fitted (Piers Diesel. Chilliwack. British Columbia); wastegate limiter removed. will now spool up to 20psi.

50% BHAF (Big Honkin' Air Filter) that allows that BIG MF Turbocharger to really breathe. (Piers Diesel. British Columbia)

Pre/Post Turbo temperature gauges. fuel pressure. differential temperature gauges mounted on driver's door A-pillar to keep an eye on things under the hood.

Kenworth HD clutchless radiator fan (with manual override) for enhanced cooling under heavy loads and/orvery hot weather conditions.

Rickson Truck. (Hunt Valley. Maryland. USA)  supplied the steel wheels and simulators 225/70R19. 5 inch with Yokohama (USA) TY303  rubber (set of 7 in total including the full-size spare). This combination is good for 150. 00+ miles and then with the original tires re-grooved 6mm from the tread wear indicator. this set-up was good for another 30. 00+ miles before new tires were then fitted on all 7 wheels at 183. 00miles.

(The standard Factory set-up with 16 inch tires usually lasts just 30. 00 miles at best. but with the Rixon upgrade. it really makes towing and/or carrying big loads much more secure. typically with a slide-in camper. the all-up GVWR was measured at 7. 5metric tons on the scales).

Rancho (Los Angeles. California) RS9000 series adjustable shock absorbers and steering damper fitted all round.

Custom dual rear wheel mudflaps. (NW Custom. Oregon USA).
