Thanks for looking at this AWESOME Low Mileage 1976 Jeep CJ 7. This was the first year of the CJ 7 by AMC/Jeep. It is a Renegade Levi's Edition.
It is very hard to find one in this great of shape. I purchased this in May 2010 from the original owner. It was a gentleman that owned a Buick dealership in Arkansas. This Jeep has been well taken care of and still has the original paint and stickers. Average price for this Jeep is $15 K-18 K or more. You're getting the best Jeep you'll ever find for this price.
This is in such fantastic condition. It could be your daily driver!!! I have the title!!!
Now for the wonderful specifics:
Automatic. Yes an Automatic CJ 7. 3-speed. 400 Turbo Transmission. Dana 20 Twin Stick Transfer Case. Guess what? Since the previous owner owned a GM dealership. he had a Chevy 350 dropped in it. so helluva lot more power than the previous straight 6. Edelbrock Carb and headers too.
Odomoter reads just over 60. 00 I was told that the engine only has 20. 00 miles. I've only put 8 K miles on it. Unfortunately. 1. 00 was because I towed it behind my truck rather than using a trailer. KC lights. 9000 lb winch. Spare tire. jack and gas can mount. hard top and bikini top. hard doors. Power Steering. yes it has power steering. so no fighting the steering wheel. Quadra trac was removed it now has Mile Marker Supreme locking hubs. Dana front and rear axles. 2" lift. All gauges work properly and there is Zero 0 to One 1% rust on this Jeep. Like I stated previously. you won't find a cleaner or well built CJ 7 for this price.
What I've done to it:
New Gas Tank(2010). New Radiator(2010) New Alternator(2011). New Windshield(the original was in it until the hail damage from 2011. New Seat Covers. Micky Thompson 15 X 8 Set of Wheels. New Set of 5 32 X 11. 50 Cooper Discoverer SST. (2011) The have less than 5 K miles on them. Spare hasn't been used.
I would trust this CJ to go anywhere on this continent. You could trailer it or I also have the tow bar that I will give you if you decide you want to tow it back to your place.
I'm serious about selling this. so please be serious about buying it.
