1977 Other Makes G80 2500M for sale

Up for auction is a 1977 TVR 2500M. This car is probably one of the best TVR's you'll find. It's had a body off restoration 6 years ago with a complete engine and transmission upgrade. I've included several pictures. but have the rebuild documented with many pictures. The car has a professionally installed 1997 Ford Ranger 3L fuel injected v6 that is around 165HP. the original motor was a 108 HP TR6 power plant. Keeping in tradition with the next year TVR which used a British Ford Essex. The transmission is the 5 speed mated to the ford engine. The car is beautifully balanced and fast. Every mechanical system has been rebuild or improved.
The body is in good condition and looks good. but has some minor dings and cracks. The interior is in very nice shape and has several unique upgrades. The suspension has been improved and handling is superb. The sun roof works. but will eventually need new fabric. The asking price is well below the investment costs.
