Seller's notes: Stunning condition, new paint, new chrome, good tyres and refurbished wheels, good interior with one small light mark on front seat which can be seen in photo and one small mark on head lining which is about 5mm. Light cover missing but have ordered one. Mechanically this car has is so reliable you can drive it home no matter where you live.

Welcome to the auction of my 1955 Buick Special which has been lovingly restored to its current condition. The car was not bad to start with and I have photos of it in its original condition as well as photos of the bare metal which shows what a solid rust free vehicle it is. Before the paint and chrome a lot of time and money was spent on getting it running right. including carb rebuilt. brakes done + master cylinder. dynamo rewound. new regulator and battery and new wheel bearings. The car was then stripped down completely and every panel taken back to bare metal before being resprayed by ARC Coachworks who are authorised Porsche repairers hence the colour and the quality of the paint job. The insides of the body panels as well as the door inners were wax-oiled and all external rubbers replaced using "Steele Rubber"  products. The interior was far too good to replace but has not been done recently. There is a brand new multimedia system concealed in the dash which has CD and DVD player. SD  slot. USB reader. Ipod  jack and Bluetooth connectivity. The engine is a super smooth running 264 ci V8 Nailhead with Dynaflow gear box. It is a useable 6 seater vehicle that feels more like driving a modern car. As a four door would make a great wedding car and as a Buick parts are readily available.

No reserve!! Car goes to highest bidder. I need space so sorry no swaps.
