Here we have a super rare all steel 1936 Ford 3 window coupe. If your a true Hot Rodder then you already know a 36 3 window coupe is a highly sought after but rarely seen. You can still find 32 and 34 3 window coupes but the 36's are nearly extinct. Once the ruler of the dirt track it seems once the dust settled they just disappeared. This incredible car was built to keep to it's hot rodding roots. no shaved door handles or filled roofs. no fabricated parts from other cars or cut up dash. kept clean and correct. The body on the car is laser straight with a perfect fit and finish and has it's original hood. fenders. and running boards. All chrome and stainless are in excellent condition along with all glass and weatherstripping. The windshield still cranks out and the rear glass rolls down as they did in 36. The paint is a bright 2 stage base/clear red that is in show quality appearance with a deep consistent shine. The interior has been finished in a tan leather and features a tilt column with a Lecarra wheel. AM-FM stereo. electric wipers. air conditioning. and Classic instruments. The chassis has been updated with disc brakes. cross over steering with stabilizer and vega steering box. front and rear sway bars. custom leaf springs and a chevy 10 bolt rear axle. The drive train consist of a chevy 350 V 8 backed by a turbo 350 automatic transmission. The car also sits on a new set of wide white radial tires. This coupe drives like a dream on the road being very tight and responsive while maintaining a smooth and quiet ride. The car is 100% ready to show and go and would make any hot rod collector proud to own.
