There will be a public viewing at 808 E. Alcott. Stillwater. OK on April 18 th at 9 am-11 am and from 1 pm-3 pm.

Pick up ONLY. Absolutely NO Shipping. The seller will not arrange shipping with a shipping company for pick up. Tax will be added to the final sale price. Full payment is due within ten (10) days from the end of the auction.

Successful bidder must remove property within thirty (30) calendar days from end of auction.

Any property not claimed and removed within the 30 days shall be considered abandoned and no refund will be awarded.

Once property has been determined abandoned further disposal will remain with the original seller as they see fit without any further claim by the original bidder.
