1959 Desoto Firesweep 35. 00 actual milesprofessionally restored by Harbor Restoration or Rockledge Florida AACA Junior Winner Stored in AC 365 Days A Year
I have owned this car since 1995. it is with great regret that I am selling it. My wife told me she was pregnant while I was installing the deluxe radio in it. I purchased the car from a gentleman who found it in Arizona where it was purchased originally by the original owner. This car turns heads wherever I take it and is in impeccable condition. Harbor Restoration did a full ground up restoration in 1998 when they were located in Pompano Beach. I have a full pictures of every step of the process. The body was not taken off the frame because it was not necessary. However the undercarriage and frame were cleaned painted and detailed to look better than new. The wheels. axles. exhaust system. engine. transmission. suspension and everything else was removed to gain full access. Front end including fenders. doors. glass. all body panels were removed stripped to metal and painted separately off the car. This was a labor of love and it is apparent when you see the car. Pictures will bear this out. Car runs like new and everything works. This is a turn key investment that requires no additional work or headaches. Car has the upgraded Fire Flight interior from the factory. I installed the wonderbar factory radio as the car was ordered radio delete. Enjoy the pictures and call me with any questions. ngine is the original and has the 4 barrel with dual exhaust. I did add the radio and dual antennas since the car come to me radio delete.
