Up for auction is a RARE 1952 80” short wheel base Land Rover in great condition for it's age.
This mostly complete honest project car is just waiting for a genuine restorer.
The 2. 0L 4 cylinder petrol engine is complete. runs and drives. Chassis and firewall are in great condition and don't appear to have any serious rust. The transfer case is the model that has a ring pull to engage. Doors and door tops seem to be free from major rust. Chassis #26660499 - built 1952 Engine #170611506 (2. 0L 4cyl Petrol) - probably from a 1956~57 model Gearbox #06102978 - probably from a 1950 modelBrakes need attention
Door windows are perspex and have gone foggy with age.
