If your looking for a true (fully restored) high end custom built Toyota  FJ 40 Land Cruiser read on. This FJ was a body off  ( full restoration ) and  professionally done. Not a cheap back yard / beer can job. Everything in it and on it was replaced new or rebuilt like new. It has been driven on nice weather days in Nevada and is garaged kept. This FJ is what Toyota should built and sell as a an FJ 40.  This is one of the nicest - cleanest - extremely sanitary FJ's you will ever see. The Body is super straight and not bondo filled . The Paint color is diamond blue ( a light silver blue ) base coat /clear coat paint that was color sanded and buffed to a wet glass shine finish. (Show quality paint work)  FJ was painted on the outside as well as the inside and done correct. All fenders - hood - tailgate - doors removed from body when painted. then re-assembled back on body with stainless and chrome hardware. The body was removed from the frame when painted on a rotisserie so every inch of the body was painted correct.  (Not a road tar covered bottom hiding rust and ugly road grime that you will find on most of them).  NO RUST or grit on the bottom side of this FJ. The frame and running gear also look outstanding and every thing was painted in SEM gloss black before the motor - trans - 4 by 4 transfer case - stainless brake likes and  so on were re-installed back into the frame. It will turn every head in town driving in it or just parked on the street.  A fresh built. nice running V8 small block 350 Chevy motor was installed under the hood and this FJ has more power and performance than most could ever use. Motor fitted with  aluminum intake - 4 bbl carb - 3 inch exhaust and a mild sounding Magnaflow muffler so it's quiet to ride in going down the road. New starter - alt - water pump - HD radiator and much more all new under the hood.  Motor and motor bay also detailed for show. SEE PHOTOS.  A Fresh built  NP 420  4 speed manual transmission was mated to motor with advance adapter. All the good proven heavy duty factory Toyota FJ 40 4 wheel drive system was rebuilt and re installed back under it. Bullet proof and proven running gear for sure!  ARB Air Lockers installed on the front and rear end for superior off road capability if needed. Locking hubs - 2 1/2 inch EMU suspension lift with a spring over axle lift make this FJ sit about 5 inches higher than a stock FJ would with the 35 inch tall tires on it. Giving you better ground clearance and nicer body stance (but still easy to get in and out of). Shocks painted in chrome silver to better accent the body paint color. Stainless brake lines / power disc brakes on all 4 wheels front and rear.  High steer front steering tie rods installed to get everything up and out of the way for better ground clearance.  Power Steering - Power 4 wheel disc brakes with new stainless brake lines.  SEE PHOTO.  Tilt steering wheel for easy in and out. All new wiring with custom dash gauge cluster package. Reclining bucket seats with side bolster to keep you firmly in the seat. Full roll cage to keep everyone safe on or off-road. FJ is fitted with 16 inch black steel wheels and 315 / 75 R 16 BF Goodrich A/T tires. That equals 35 inch tall tire and 10 inch wide tires to keep the tires inside the wheel wells.  No fender flairs required and a much cleaner classic look and no drilling holes in the body!   FJ 40 has a factory Toyota swing out tire rack mounted on the rear with full size spare tire. New LED tail lights installed in rear bumper and a class 3 tow hitch installed on rear - if you have something to tow. All hinging - door - tailgate - hood and windshield brackets replaced in chrome - New Paint - Carpet with jute backing - New window glass and rubbers. = SEE PHOTOS. The last photo is with full soft top on and hard doors on it. Also have 25 more photos of the FJ with Full soft doors on with full soft doors. Also soft 1/2 doors and Bikini top and a ton of more photos of every inch of this FJ top to bottom.  I don't drive it in the rain or bad weather days. FJ just to nice and clean to get the bottom dirty. So I never have the top on it. But I live in Nevada and a bad day is 65 deg and sunshine. A hot day is 112 deg and sunshine. Just returned from 4 hour road trip and it ran great no issues none. 180 deg temp and 50 oil pressure. Ran and drove outstanding. ****** Also my other FJ the red one is also V8 350 small block chevy with twin cold air intake - 4 speed  - power steering - power 4 wheel disc brakes- tilt wheel - winch - full roll cage - rear cargo rack for ice chest and camping items. On board air for power tools or tire fill up. On board hot shower runs off heat ex changer. Off road lighting - custom stainless dash -  CB / CD / stereo. ARB Air lockers - Dana 60 rear end - dana 44 front end Orian transfure case. Full skid plate - 35 tires - 5 inch lift. Full soft top. Custom bucket seats - rear seat - nice paint - nice body and it runs and drives outstanding. I have been building and repairing classic FJ for over 30 years. Retired and don't do retail work for others so please don't ask. - but love the classic FJ and drive one every day. Just need to sell one of them and don't care what one (both of them rank at the top of the list in high end FJ builds.
