Mercedes 280 SL pagoda auto. hard & soft top. car needs full body restoration. nbsp;inner & outer sills. floor. rear wings. back panel & lots of other body repairs. you cannot drive this car home!!!car runs well & has good oil pressure. gearbox is lazy changing up. i have only driven the car for about a mile & the brakes & steering felt ok. the water pump has a weep & the battery is brand new. he car has new rear lights fitted & new door seals to go with it (not fitted)i bought this car with my eyes wide open on what was required to restore it. i flew to ireland & inspected it & i would suggest you do the same. the car is in the north west of England. nbsp;My circumstances have changed & i do not have the time due to work commitments to start the project. f you buy the car. i will require a £250 deposit within 24 hours & payment cleared to my account before collection please! collection will be your responsibility.
