Finished in special order Venetian Blue Metallic with Marine Blue full leather interior. chassis 140403 was equipped to C 16 UK specification and received a variety of optional upgrades including the extremely sought after M 491 Super Sport Equipment package (SSE) comprising Turbo-spec bodywork. brakes. spoilers and suspension.
Additional optional extras included a Blaupunkt Toronto SQR 46 Hi-Fi. Tinted Glass. Black Velour trimmed luggage compartment and Metallic Paint.

Interestingly. chassis 140403 is one of the exceptionally rare SSE's completed with a Sport Seat for the driver and Comfort Seat for the passenger. both of which have electric operation. Being a 1987 Model Year version it also came with the desirable G 50 gearbox.
