1988 Pearl Steel Pro Built Stunning M505 Slantnose Turbo Look 930 3.2L hotrod

One of the best built M505 Slantnose replica Cabriolets on the market. Many of these cars were hastily put together on a shoestring budget in the 80's and 90's. this is not one of them. More money was put into this stunning car than the 1988 Turbo Cab it replicates would have cost new!

The body is a glass out. frame off. all steel. NO RUST. multi stage Porsche Pearl (code #L947 86-89) masterpiece.

a 1988 perfectly running. no leaking. no smoking. no issues. CA DOT'd. 3. 2L motronic injected powerhouse.

The inside is a near flawless. crack free. nbsp;all black. 88 leather interior.

The top is a newly covered easy to use and hassle free manual unit

The wheels are factory polished Turbo Fuchs with new Toyo high speed rated tires.

The suspension is all new. updated SC/Carrera with $9700 in recent maintenance and includes all new brakes (receipts included)

The car has too much to list. but some of the highlights included: white faced guages. Momo wheel and shift knob. front mounted oil cooler. front fog/driving lights wired to work with or without headlights so they can be used as daytime driving lights. correct round headlights (rare). Air conditioning. High end Kenwood sound system with amplifier. High end alarm with power keyless lock system (currently bypassed). new battery. dual out exhaust. new carpet. new suspension. and a bunch more!

Everything works in the car. including all interior lights. exterior lights. high and low beams. turn signals. etc. The A/C blows great and is the updated 86 and newer system but needs charged. Both front seats are power but currently not plugged in. The car is beyond impressive on the freeway and around town. Drives like a much newer car and sounds amazing.

Just as a disclaimer. Fit and finish are as good as can be but remember. the car is still almost 50 years old. Fun and carefree. but not a factory built car. Even the factory built cars were hand built and had their own individual nuances.  Everyone has a different level of expectation. but most will rate this car at the highest level of quality. fit and finish for these kinds of builds.

One of the most striking cars you can buy for this price and one the very best built in it's class. and it's a 74. which in most states including CA means smog exempt.
