Here we have my very desirable and most sort after 1966 white 230sl Pagoda  which was imported from the dry state of Las Vegas.   It has matching numbers. original spot welds on front wings and fenders on the front and rear bumpers. with side reflectors on front and rear wings which was the typical spec for the car market in the USA. The paint code should you wish to know is 717G Papyrus White.   It is a 4 speed manual with power steering and geniune 97000 kilometres or 60. 00 miles on the clock approx.

This is a truely lovely example of a left hand drive solid rust free car.   It has had 2 previous owners. the last one being a Mercedes Benz club member of America for the last 25 years.   It comes with both hard and soft top.   The soft top was replaced with brand new OEM not long ago.

This car looks totally stunning. finished off with white wall tyres which were replaced about 18 months ago. Chrome work inside and out is fantastic as is the wood work. It is a very smooth and enjoyable ride with perfect slick gear changes. Everything is working as it is meant to with good oil pressure. It has just recently had a new battery fitted with new plugs and a 20/50 grade oil and filter change.

The car comes with original owners manual and brand new duplicate service book to start you off fresh with your new investment.
This car is not concours hence the price but being sold for far less that its actually worth. But is in fact a very nice clean honest example of very fine pagoda. This car is taxed until February 2014. although as it is classed as historic this is free. It has an mot until February 2014 and is ready to be driven and used straight away.

V5 is presently in my name which would make the new owner of this car the 2nd UK owner.

You do not need to put any further money into this car unless you really want too. There is the odd mark here and there but this car really does turn heads.

I strongly advise viewing this car to fully appeciate just how wonderful it is. you will not be dissappointed. These cars are now fetching really silly money so this would be a really good sound investment for anyone.
