DRIVES REALLY NICE - SHIFTS SMOOTH AND BRAKES STRAIGHT
MECHANICALLY THE TRUCK IS SOUND WITH NO CURRENT KNOW ISSUES.  
SECOND ROW TUMBLE SEAT - THIRD ROW REMOVABLE SEAT FROM A 1980 CHEVY SUBURBAN - THE THIRD SEAT UPHOLSTERY IS NOT A PERFECT MATCH TO THE FRONT TWO SEATS  BUT LOOKS GOOD.  
NEW GAUGES - ALL OEM STYLE GAUGES. - I KEPT THE ORIGINAL ODOMETER COMES WITH THE TRUCK.  
RETRO SOUND CLASSIC STEREO - ORIGINAL STEREO STILL WORKED FINE AND WILL COME WITH THE TRUCK.  
FRONT SUSPENSION AND STEERING WAS ALL GONE THROUGH.  
BRAKES INSPECTED AND THEY CHECKED OUT.  
SUBURBAN IS VERY STRAIGHT FOR A 80'S TRUCK ALL BODY WORK WAS PROFESSIONALLY DONE. THERE IS ONE SMALL DING IN THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE DOOR ABOUT THE SIZE OF A SILVER DOLLAR AND YOU HAVE TO LOOK AT IT FROM THE RIGHT ANGLE TO NOTICE IT.  
DARK GREY METALLIC PAINT JOB PROFESSIONALLY DONE.
THE TRUCK NEEDS MINOR THINGS TO BE PERFECT. THE OIL PRESSURE GAUGE IS CURRENTLY NOT WORKING BUT I'M WORKING ON GETTING IT FIXED. THE SENDER JUST NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. HAS NO MAJOR ISSUES AT ALL THAT WE CAN FIND. EVERYTHING LOOKS SOLID.  
CLEAN AND CLEAR CALIFORNIA TITLE AND TAGS ARE CURRENT.
DRIVERS SIDE POWER WINDOW IS A LITTLE SLOW BECAUSE OF NEW SEALS. IT SHOULD WORK ITSELF OUT AFTER A WHILE. ITS A NEW MOTOR AND SWITCH.
SUBURBAN LOOKS AS GREAT IN PERSON AS IT DOES IN PICTURES.  

This suburban spent about 15 years being stored away by the original owner. until we recovered the vehicle through a local auction. The truck was in such great shape we decided to do some partial restoration work on it to make it really nice. Pretty much everything that needed addressing we addressed it. except for the engine which seemed to be rock solid. I've been driving the suburban around town and it runs great. and drives perfect. I'm surprised on how well it does on gas mileage. And to me. seems to have plenty of power. With the gearing setup on this drive-train you can tow pretty easily.  
All the paint and body was done by a local professional shop.  
Transmission was rebuilt we do have the documentation. With correct diesel valve body and correct diesel TV cable. The shift kit allows a quicker shift in first gear only. All other gears shift as they should.  
All interior was redone just about everything. has power windows and power door locks. the AC and heat works as it should.  Wipers work good. and I replaced all the dash lights with LED bulbs so its nice and bright at night.  
4 wheel drive works great. I've put it through the paces and it does what it supposed to do.  
Suburban overall is a nice truck and will make a great toy or family vacation cruiser.  
Its always recommend that you inspect the vehicle before bidding. but I realize some people maybe out of state. so you are welcome to send a mechanic out on your behalf. The truck is being sold in "AS-IS" condition with no warranty implied.
