This stunning 1971 Dodge Challenger RT is being offered from a private collection. Lowrys Customs in Winslow Arizona professionally built it in 2012 to a very high standard with many upgrades to the mechanicals and interior as seen in the photos.

This Challenger started life as a E- body Challenger with a 383 ci engine. automatic transmission. and finished in Bahaman yellow. The car was in great condition before the restoration began which will insure many years of rust and corrosion free ownership.

The flawless sheet metal and panel fit is now adorned with a tasteful black and white paint job trimmed in a lime green. The interior seats are modified Dodge Caravan buckets and are covered with black leather with green trim to match the exterior. The center console has a perfectly placed pistol grip shifter that falls readily under hand linked to a 5 speed manual Tremek transmission. located behind a Ram HD clutch.

The heart and soul of any automobile is its engine.   The stock power plant has been upgraded with a 440 ci with stage 1 aluminum heads pushing out 550 hp. The exhaust system is now 2 ½ to 3” Flow Master pipes for that wonderful Muscle car sound.

The rear axle is 8 ¾ posi sure grip and caries 3. 55 gear set which mounts to a 4 bar link with coil overs and anti- roll bar. 13' Willwood power brakes front and rear provide more than ample stopping. The Magnum Force front suspension features upper and lower tubular control arms. with a 1” sway bar and a power rack and steering finished in custom powder coated Lime green to match exterior and interior.  

The job of providing pleasing sound to your ears is handled by a Pioneer head unit through a 5-channel Kicker audio amp and multiple Kicker speakers front and rear. The firewall. floor pan and trunk are Rhino lined plus dyno-matted to reduce unwanted noise and heat. A Vintage Air A/C and heat for whatever temperature you want to cruise at guarantee your total comfort.

This car has been driven only 2. 60 miles since its restoration.
