This is one of those finds that every person dreams of.  Here is the background on this car.  In 1967 the gentlemen who bought this car ended up going to Vietnam and dying there.  His father placed the car into a garage on top of dry wooden blocks and the car sat there until the 80's.  Then someone in the family got the car and did something that every crazy person try to do int he 80's which is act stupid.  He painted over the chrome with black and painted the rest of the car in red.  Put an 80's Whale Tale Spoiler on it and front and rear bumpers.  Also the seats were replaced with the 80's seats.  So this is how I got it.  I was planing on doing a really nice restoration on it but my situation has changed and I no longer have a place where I can do the restoration. I have no choice but to part with this car.  I know I'll be kicking my self later. THE GOOD Car only has 31. 00 miles on it Clear Title No Rust on the undercarriage and only a very small surface rust spot on the whole car.   It starts and can even be driven forward BUT the carburetors need to be cleaned and rebuilt.  I cant adjust the carbs without them being rebuilt.   I have original seats No accidents. no dings. dents of any kind THE BAD the crappy 1980's adjustments Bumpers are from the 1980's  No rear grille on top of the trunk Chrome painted over with black paint Car is now red (original color is Irish Green THE POSSIBILITIES  This car is a perfect restoration project.  Because its 99% rust free and its low milage its perfect for even a concourse restoration. You don't see these cars anymore and they are becoming very expensive to buy in restored condition.  Any Porsche lovers out there you know how difficult it is to get one of these.  I am devastated to have to give it up but as I have mentioned we are selling the house and I have no place to do the restoration and this car deserves to have one done to it.
