1969 Corvette convertible 427/435 factory side pipes ALL Correct or NOS

    1969 Corvette 427 convertible. See Condition description on specifics regarding factory correct and originality of car. This is one beautifully engineered Corvette convertible.  Paint: factory Monza red 974.  condition would be at least 9 out of 10 . Interior is black vinyl 704. Interior is again at least 9 out of 10. nbsp;ALL gauges work perfectly and lenses are crystal clear. Dash pad is original and flawless . door panels original and again perfect. Carpet is 5 years old and in perfect condition. Seats are factory vinyl. not original. nbsp;recently re-foamed and bolstered all around. perfect condition. Glass is original and perfect condition. Original am/fm radio reconditioned by Rogers corvette gauge and clock restorations. Wipers and vacuum motors work perfectly . don't ever use them but test them couple times a year. HEADLIGHTS  work perfectly and all components are restored . hoses. cans. lights. motors. perfect. The factory buzzer that lets you know key is in ignition when door is open operates properly. All fiber optics work as intended. all bulbs and indicators operate correctly. Windows roll up and down as expected. doors have been completely disassembled and reassembled including the sound matting that goes between door panel and door components. Attention to detail throughout this car is unequalled. ENGINE:  New DART Big M Big block 511 cubic inch. Eagle forged and Armor coated crank. rods. Mahle pistons. nbsp;11 to 1 forged pistons and rings. Clevite bearings. Cam and lifters are mechanical flat tappet Comp cams Nostalgia ls-6+ part # 11-671-4.  Melling high flow oil pump. Brodix race rite aluminum ported and polished CNC machined heads. Factory winters aluminum 1967 tri manifold mated to correct and original restored Holley 3x2 carbs. Factory air cleaner assembly with K&N filter. Exhaust: Macjacks custom ceramic coated headers connected to 3 inch side mounted stainless tubes inside Factory Correct  New Original Stock GM covers. (Yes. as with everything else. I have the correct tubes)The sound is so sweet I rarely ever use radio. Headers are custom equipped to accept complete Factory SMOG system. 8  header bongs lead to smog pump and schmelzer GM filter.   Ignition is a MSD digital 7. yes. 7. it yields the hottest longest spark for this application. Coil is MSD HVC 2 epoxy coil. MSD plug wires with heat socks shielding plug wires and a custom MSD billet distributor. SSB vacuum pump creates extra vacuum for proper ring seal and vacuum for power brakes and  headlights. Cooling system starts with Flo-Kooler hi flo water pump with high flow impeller. Dewalts aluminum 1/2 inch  core line direct fit radiator with Evans NPG+ coolant. This coolant is a lifetime coolant that costs 47. 00 $ PER GALLON. No water system. In Houston summer temps regularly reach 100. this car NEVER runs hot. EVER. Stainless steel brakes with new calipers. lines and pads all around. Steering: Borgeson steering system with quick ratio box for tighter steering and less mess than any rack and pinion and doesn't leak like rack pinion.  Transmission is a NEW  Tremec TKO-600 5 speed manual. smooth as silk and built for around 700 HP. Rear end is a GM 12 bolt with a new 4. 10 ring and pinion. 70 mph turns about 2350 RPMS. Drive shaft is a Tremec all aluminum . Half shafts are Van Steel all aluminum. nbsp;and fully balanced. No vibrations what-so-ever. smooth cruising and much more fuel efficient than stock. SUSPENSION: BILSTIEN SPORT SHOCKS all around inside NEW factory springs. Vette brakes composite rear leaf spring  (390 lb) custom made for agile cornering and comfortable cruising. Vette brakes rear adjustable strut brace and center tract bar. Van Steel 1 3/4 inch front and 1 1/4 rear sway bars. All new wheel hub assemblies and upper and lower arms as well. This is a phenomenal Corvette. All correct and original parts come with car. 2. 5 year undertaking . engineered to perform and drive or just rub on and look at for hours . Spends most of its time a air conditioned garage with soft top NEVER up. Car has less than 44500 documented miles. 4 owner car of which I am the 4th owner. Car has L-88 hood without the air chamber and of course comes with the factory Big Block hood. Two things I forgot to mention are the High torque starter. and alternator ( both Powermaster) alternator is 100 amp. Lastly. the valve covers are pricey PML billet polished aluminum corvette script. Tires are Diamondback REDLINE 130 mph speed rated radials. Battery is OPTIMA yellow top deep cycle battery. First rate. TOP OF THE LINE parts throughout. I would not hesitate to drive this car across the country. This is one gorgeous and awesome vehicle that has been both a blast to oversee and enjoy. Majority of the restoration and maintenance has been completed  by Corvette and Classic Restoration and Restoration Techniques both HIGHLY regarded and recommended. nbsp;in  Houston Texas. The car is of such caliber that if anything I have UNDERSTATED it . This car is both very quick and fast. handles like you would expect a much newer corvette to handle. Cruising at 70 mph in 5th gear returns close to 20 MPG. The best thing about the car is that it is RELIABLE and almost Bullet proof. there is NOTHING wrong with this car.
