Here we have a very clean and tidy unmolested example of this very sought after escort. It has covered only 56 thousand miles and has had only three local owners from new. Four brand new tyres and a new battery have just been fitted. It has a couple of months tax and about 8 months MOT.

Obviously no car of this age is perfect and this is no exception. it has had a small amount of welding and paintwork over the years. but all has been done to a very high standard. It would probably benefit from a manual choke conversion as it takes a few pumps of the throttle to get her going in the morning but always starts with no trouble.

So all in all a very presentable car with no visible corrosion or body damage and no known mechanical faults. that drives without fault and feels very tight and fresh.
