Listed for Sale is a very solid 77 FJ 40.   I have done a lot of restoration upgrades both cosmetically and mechanically.   It is a desert vehicle.   I purchased the FJ from Las Vegas. but it has spent most of its life in California.  

I have done the following to the vehicle:

-completely rebuilt the entire front end. steering box and tie rod ends.
-It has a newly rebuilt Toyota Carburetor from Jim Chenoweth in Ohio along with new steel fuel lines
-New Denso Alternator. Starter. Belts. rebuilt Toyota Distributor from an 82 with Coil. (No points)

-New Optima Battery

-New Dash from Specter Off Road

-Newer exhaust and muffler
-New front and rear turn signal assemblies and covers
-New Headliner professionally installed from Specter Off Road
-I had Toyota original rims sandblasted and powder coated to match original cream color of emblems and grill with new Toyota OEM hub caps. and new cream color coat of paint on the roof to match
-New turn signal and high beam switch installed
-New BF Goodrich Mud Terrains with less than 50 miles with new Warn Locking Hubs

SO MUCH MORE!  I truly wish I wasn't selling this.   77 is the best year and the FJ40 is the most classic and solid built 4WD Off-Road vehicle you can buy.
