1966 Lincoln Continental for sale in our Tampa Showroom. It doesn’t get much cooler than a 60’s Lincoln and this car is even cooler with a big set of chrome 20” 140 spoke wire wheels! With the original Numbers Matching 462 CID V 8 engine under the hood and all the options. this car is sure to please. A/C. AM radio. power brakes. power steering. power seats. power windows. tilt wheel. seat belts. leather interior. chrome wheels. and radial tires complete the list of options. With 1. 00 miles on the rebuild by a professional shop called Lincoln Land in Clearwater Florida. This car has been serviced there as well for decades and comes with a lot of documentation. The complete tear down and rebuild was completed in 2005 and again. it has only travelled 1. 00 miles since then. The interior is original and in excellent condition with the exception of a new clock. This car has always been garaged and meticulously maintained! The wire wheels just received brand new rubber before it made the short drive to our showroom. This fourth generation Lincoln Continental is part of the famed 1961 to 1969 group that has been shows in numerous movies and TV shows. The suicide doors on the four door versions made them an immediate hit. and still draw stares. The suicide doors were a practical decision to make entering and exiting the vehicle easier. but immediately stuck out as a bold styling decision. 1966 was the first year for the return of the 2 door Continental since 1960. to compete with Cadillac.

This 2 door is painted in a beautiful original color of Teakwood Beige with its original Burgundy interior. The interior code is ‘80’ which means it was an optional roll over pleat design. instead of the standard biscuit design. The color code is ‘H’ which again is correct for the Teakwood Beige.
