Up for sale is an awesome 1971 Jeep Jeepster Commando that is Street Legal.
The commando has:
lock rite Lockers Front and Rear
T-14 3 Speed Manual Transmission with a new clutch by six states
35"X 12. 50 Brand New Extreme M/T Pro-Comp wheels on 15 x 10 Pro-comp rims 5 on 5 1/2 bolt pattern
Full Roll Cage. 225 Buick V-6 motor which runs strong
Dana 44 rear axle with lock-rite locker and upgraded rear springs with new seals and bearings
Dana 30 Front axle with lock rite locker with stock springs for better ride up front with new seals and bearings
4. 88 Yukon gears. Dana 20 T-Case
All the lights and blinkers work. Windshield wipers are good but work intermittently. Heater works. Does have a choke for those cold mornings because it is carbureted.
Manual clutch. Power steering with inline cooler. Electric cooling fan
The master cylinder. all wheel cylinders. brake shoes and all springs and retainers have been replaced
Heavy Duty Drive lines rebuilt by GRS Drive lines in Salt lake. Heavy-duty.
it comes with the original hardtop that has been re painted. The rear window hatch needs to be painted and the back glass which is a piece of flat glass that can easily be cut by any car window shop. also comes with the Safari Top.
Does about 52 mph on the highway.
