IMPORTANT:  The photos in this listing are of "four different" Land Cruisers I've previously sold on Ebay and not the 1975 for sale here. They are being shown simply as representation of exactly what the cruiser offered here will look like.  (As an FYI. nbsp;I have also included the feedback from those cruiser sales below)  

Although each was built with its own identity. you still can see the quality and care that goes in to each rig. This 1975 will be no different.

In the past. I have always finished my projects before listing them for sale. This time. with input from a few fellow Ebayers.  I'm doing it differently.   It was suggested I list this cruiser just as I was at the point of re-assembly.   That would allow anyone interested in purchasing.  several options of their choice. Paint. wheels. tires. ect. . you choose what you'd like and I'll finish it that way. This project is on schedule to be totally completed by November 2013. I will wait until this auction is over to see if there is any interest before sending the body to paint.   If not. you'll see it listed again in November. a GM bright white color. stainless and chrome everywhere. and completed!

This cruiser will be set up exactly as those you see in the photos. Every bell and whistle possible is included while at the same time. being careful not to take away too much from the stock appearance that made these rigs so popular. The best of both worlds!   Already installed. is a Chevy small block performance 400 mated to a Turbo 350 automatic transmission. (This combination can be changed if you'd  prefer something else. however. that could possibly extend the completion date) It's also sprung over for a little extra clearance and set up with new disc brakes and stainless brake lines.  At the present time. the body is loaded on a trailer. and ready for paint. That's where I'm stopping until after this auction is over. If it sells. I will be keeping the buyer informed with photos daily as to the progress…. Again. scheduled completion 11/13

If you're interested in this 1975 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40. and you'd like to choose your own options. please feel free to bid. As you can see from the FJ40's I have previously sold. they are not cheap. They are also. not your normal cruisers.   Most FJ40's turn heads and if youve owned one. you know what I mean. In this cruiser.  you won't make a trip to the corner market without someone commenting. Definitely makes you feel good.

I will not sell unless the buyer is "totally satisfied”   What I'm asking in this auction is 50% of the selling price up front. to finish the project exactly to your specs.  At the point of completion. the cruiser will be delivered to you (free within 500 miles of Northern CA) and the remaining  50% balance will be due and payable at that time. If you are not 100% satisfied. you will not be responsible for the purchase. I will not hold you to it. and will not leave you a negative feedback.  I will however. keep a $2. 00 fee that will allow me to re-paint and make any other changes I need. (unless. the options you choose. sell the way they are. Then no fee will be deducted) All other monies I have received toward the sale of this FJ40 will be refunded to you. I have no reason to force a sale. especially when spending this much. I'd want to be happy if the situation was reversed. and I want the buyer to experience the same.
