AC Cobra replica 5.7 Ram for sale

This is a 5. 7 litre SBC Ram Cobra built in 1991 but only on the road for one year. The engine was new at the time and has only done 600 miles. It was then stored in a barn until I purchased it in 2003. It has since had the body off . chassis and mechanicals refurbished and is now ready for its paintwork to be redone before going back on the road.
It was built and registered using a Daimler sovereign running gear and retaining its reg and v 5. as was the norm at the time. The registration can be changed if required. as I've already checked with the DVLA.
Chassis
:- Shotblasted and zinc primed. finished in blue Hammerite. All suspension and chassis bushes replaced. New front discs and pads. Copper brake pipes throughout and new flexis.
Engine - 5. 7 ltr Sbc fitted with alloy ZZ 4 113 D port angle plug
heads ( Corvette ). Hone marks are still seen on the bores of cylinders. Holley P 80 four barrel carb and fuel pump. New ceramic 4 to 1 hugger headers. Heat wrapped in engine bay. Stainless exhaust system and sidepipes. New chrome air filter. sump. alternator and starter. New. larger. alloy radiator and twin cooling fans. Silicon hoses. Remote oil filter and oil cooler.
Gearbox :- Borg Warner Super T 10 4 speed
mated to a new 10. 5” clutch assembly and thrust bearing.
Differential :-
Jaguar IRS fitted with new discs. Uj's and seals. Ratio is 43/13
or 3. 31
Alloys :- refurbished Halibrand replicas and spinners. Fitted with new Kumho tyres
215- 60 VR 15 on the front and 255-60 VR 15 on the rear. I have one spare alloy.
Chromework :- Rechromed bumpers and new lights fitted throughout.
Interior :- new mid grey cub bucket seats supplied. not yet fitted to runners. New 4 point harnesses fitted. All instruments are as new and fully working. fitted into an alloy dash panel. The engine is push button start as per its original build. Comes with a hood and hoodframe but no sidescreens.
Whats needed is a full body respray and the interior completed. I. e. new carpets and mid grey door cards. One of the exhaust guards needs polished or replaced.
Initial deposit of £300 required through Paypal.
