ORIGANAL PAINT AND TRIM. EVERY THING IS THERE CALIFORNIA AND ARIZONA TRUCK SINCE NEW. PRESENTLY REGISTERED IN ARIZONA AS HISTORIC VEHICLE WITH CLEAR TITLE AND COLLECTOR INSURANCE. IT RUNS ROUGH AND WE ONLY START IT ABOUT EVERY WEEK SO NOT A DAILY DRIVER PLAN TO TRAILER AWAY. TOO MANY PROJECTS YET TO GET DONE AND THE HOA MAKE THIS THE TIME TO SELL. SOME THINGS TO NOTE: TAILGATE WINDOW REGULATOR NEEDS TO BE REBUILT AND SOME RUST AT HEADER AND DRIP RAIL. HAS 43 YEARS UNDER HER BELT AND IT SHOWS IN A GREAT ORIGINAL PATINA.
Knox. br>I tried to reply via smart phone last night and truly a laptop with keyboard is my technology of choice to type. Let me go though your questions one at a time. As to the number of owners. we believe we are the fourth owners. As to the question of starting life. I would refer to the line set ticket shown in the listing that indicates once having left the factory it was railed to the Salt Lake City Railhead and from there to Oakland California destined for I. H. in San Leandro. The gauges such as they are appear to work and at this point I would like to emphasize this is a project vehicle that we purchased as such six years ago and never really gave it a lot of attention or even miles. To keep it running we had the carburetor rebuilt so it starts but we haven't even hooked up the vacuum advance. we've been busy and many things have come up to preclude giving this rare ride her due. The tires are old/but tubeless and not road worthy. The headliner is simple particle/fiber board and wavy gravy so plan to replace. The carpet could be replaced but good enough for color match. There is a small tear on seat surface of back seat. we put a new power steering pump on years ago but in all honesty we've only started it over the last few years. We had wanted to pull a 26ft Airstream behind It. with it's torquey engine and impressive wheelbase.
