1978 model original RS 2 shell with RS V 5. and MSA logbook. BODY SHELL
Droop Snoot model. never been welded.
Poly-carb windows. lam. screen.
Alloy arched. fitted SD cage. seats out of date. in-date TRS belts. Adj. Pedal box. Corsa EPS. cable h/brake plus “girly” hyd. h/brake. 4 link boxes. Plumbed in and hand held Fire Extinguishers.
FRONT SUSP.
AP radial mnt. front callipers and 10 ¼” vented discs. alloy hubs with long std. studs. Fully adj. Compression strut kit. 2. 5 H/R strg. rack. GP 4 joint. green tre's.
Adj. TCA's. Word Cup x/m and eng. & brkts.
W/C Front Bilsteins 2/4” adj. Struts. alloy top mnts. . AXLE.
52” Capri std. Axle. correct Escort brkts. . Gripper diff. (one rally old) LSD with mint FORD 4. 6 CWP.
XR 3 v/dics with 4. yes 4 calipers (one pr. for hyd. and other pr. for std. cables)
New Rixy dural diff. brace. Bilstein adj. Alloy bodied coil-overs with 2 ¼” springs.

GEABOX. RS 2 alloy bell housing. 4 speed Tran-X s/c c/r. With q/s stick. Single piece Rocket prop. with nipples.

For sale needing a little work. fit rear cals. . pipes and cables. & bleed up brakes. Could be modified to GP 1 spec.
As can be seen mid. chassis rail are pushed up due to jacking in't middle. Rack rubber boot. Paint is not the mintest. Less MOT and obviously TAX.
Last owner had it for 10 yrs.
As you keen eyed may have seen there are 2 diamond 4 link brkt's at both sides on axle. when fitting link boxes they didn't want to take away the std. tramp bar body btkts. So moved boxes in a little so I've fitted new brkts. as per Works Escort spec. Plus added ones to fit link bars as is. With a little work you can soon be up and running either as rally car or fast road/track.
