Amazing 1976 Toyota FJ40 documented frame off restoration and V8 conversion by BTB motors in 1995 (BTB motors is a premier FJ specialist see website www. btbprod. com. )  
Car had 177k miles on the body and V8 350 TBI motor had only 40k miles at time of installation in 1995. This cruiser will drive anywhere with confidence. You can climb. run over. or crawl over any terrain with the effortless smooth power of a V8 and 5 speed transmission.  This cruiser spends most of its time climbing hills in San Francisco :) and local driving. Its one of the smoothest driving cruisers I have owned. This truck is as gorgeous in person as it is in the pics. The undercarriage will make you say wow it so clean!
Equipped with a  NV4500 transmission with 6. 34 granny 1st gear.  Saginaw power steering. Four wheel disc brakes. Warn premium hubs. Shackle reversal. Skyjacker 4" lift. 33 x12. 5 BFG Mud terrain tires. Mickey Thompson aluminum wheels gunmetal finish. and BTB roll cage.
This car has thousands invested and many hours were spent on making this the perfect Cruiser.

One of my favorite upgrades is the rear tailgate conversion. The folding rear tailgate and flip up glass hatch is the perfect upgrade so that you can drive the car without the hardtop and use the soft top with out a large gap in the back of the car like you would see with the standard ambulance style doors.  
Also note that this is a rear seat delete car but one can easily be added if desired.
