1968 Fiat Dino Coupe for sale

Current customer rating: current rating for this car(2.05) based on 526 votes
1968 Fiat Dino Coupe. I'm offering my car one last time.

This car run and drive. But. t will need some attention to make it reliable. I bought it 2 years ago. ere on Ebay. ut. he seller neglected to mention that several wires under the steering column had been cut. The result was none of the lights work. That will have to be corrected. The interior had been redone in tan leather. But. he fit and finish were disgraceful. The front and rear panels were installed using 2 sided tape. There are other interior pieces that will need attention too. The original interior color was dark red. I do have a factory sample of that fabric. If you've ever wanted to own one of these cars. ow is the time. If the car doesn't sell. 'm going to store it at my home in southern Nevada until I have the time to restore it properly. By then. t will be worth for than 2-3 times my reserve.

The body on this car is in excellent condition. The paint is the original color. Over the past 2 years. 've picked up several new and pre owned parts for this car.

If you're not familiar with the Fiat Dino's. hey were built from 1967 thru 1972. The first 2 or 3 years. hey used Ferrari's 2. 0 Dino V6. Later years were upgraded to the Ferrari Dino 2. 4 V6. All years came with 5 spd gearboxs and dics brakes on all 4 corners. The cars only came into being as to allow Ferrari to use their Dino V6's for F2 racing in Europe during the early to late 60's. Since Ferrari did not have the facilities to build the required 500 cars per year to qualify the engines. hey turned to Fiat. Over the past several years. vailability has become more scarce and prices have gone up. The cars came in 2 styles. The coupe and the spyder. At an auction in March of this year. restored Fiat Dino Spyder sold for $99K. These are the more desirable of the 2 and prices will continue to climb for both models.

If anyone has any legitimate questions. lease ask. I have placed the reserve at a very reasonable price. I don't believe you can lose money on this type of vintage car. At the end of the auction. he winning bidder. hould there be one. ill be required to place a $1000 deposit within 48 hours through Paypal. The balance is due within 7 days of the end of auction. Balance will accepted in cash. f it's picked up locally. ank draft. r bank transfer. Shipping will be the responsibility of the new owner. Good luck

I wanted to add some extra info. on extra parts that come with the car. I have a nearly complete wiring harness from a 1967 2. 0 coupe. nearly complete original interior. One of the front door panels is missing. It's fairly beat up but. t shows what fabrics and stitching were used. I also have an assortment of new and a few used parts too. I also have repair manuals. n Italian. ools and original tool bags.
